Born and raised in the Bronx, I decided I wanted a change of direction in my life. 

After graduating high school, I immediately enrolled in New York Restaurant School where I met Dean Costantino.  

Over the next 15 years I’ve worked as a Private Chef and have run some of the largest meals on wheels programs in New York.
